Siny Medical High Concentration PRP Tube with ACD and Gel PRP Kit

The PRP kit is a tool kit for preparing PRP. PRP is a concentrated platelet extracted from whole blood by centrifugation, containing a high concentration of platelets, white blood cells, and fibrin, using the body’s healing cells – platelets, to treat joint, cartilage, tendon, ligament injury, and even skin rejuvenation. Platelets are components of our blood that leak into damaged cells. Injured cells signal platelets to know where to activate and release growth factors to begin the healing process. At this point, the damaged cells send out scattered signals to attract activated platelets brought about by PRP, and new growth factors begin to encourage healthy cells to proliferate and replace damaged or dead cells. We can use it to shorten the healing process, reduce pain, and reverse aging.

Description

PRP Kits (Platelet-Rich Plasma Kits) are devices used for the preparation and application of platelet-rich plasma (PRP). PRP is a plasma extracted and concentrated from the patient’s blood, rich in platelets and growth factors, which can promote tissue repair and healing. PRP therapy is widely used in medical aesthetics, sports medicine, and plastic surgery.

Application Steps

  1. Blood Collection

Preparation: Ensure all equipment and tools are sterile. Wear gloves and disinfect the blood collection area. Blood Collection: Use the blood collection tube to draw an appropriate amount of blood from the patient’s vein. Typically, 10-20 ml of blood is required, but the specific amount can be adjusted according to treatment needs.

  1. Blood Separation

Centrifugation: Place the collected blood in a centrifuge. Set the centrifuge parameters according to the equipment model and manufacturer’s recommendations, usually centrifuging at 3200-4000 RPM for 5-10 minutes. Blood Separation: After centrifugation, the blood will separate into several layers: the bottom layer contains red blood cells, the middle layer contains a small number of white blood cells the platelet layer, and the top layer is plasma.

  1. PRP Extraction

Plasma Extraction: Carefully use a syringe to extract the upper plasma layer (primarily the platelet-rich portion). Take care not to disturb the red and white blood cell layers. Platelet Enrichment: To obtain a higher concentration of PRP, a second centrifugation may be necessary. This step can increase the platelet concentration, making it more effective.

  1. Injection Preparation

Preparing the Injection Site: Disinfect the area that needs treatment. Local anesthesia can be used if necessary to reduce patient discomfort. Injecting PRP: Use a syringe to inject the extracted PRP into the treatment area. The depth and location of the injection should be adjusted according to treatment needs and the doctor’s recommendations.

Applications of PRP Treatment

Cosmetic Skincare:

  • Facial Injection: PRP can be injected into the facial skin to promote collagen production, improve skin texture, and reduce wrinkles.
  • Microneedling Therapy: Combined with microneedling, PRP can be applied to the face, and the microneedle roller helps enhance absorption.

Sports Injuries and Arthritis:

  • Tendons and Ligaments: PRP injections can be used to treat tendonitis, and ligament injuries, and accelerate the healing process.
  • Joints: PRP can be injected into the joint cavity to help relieve joint pain and promote cartilage repair.

Hair Restoration:

  • Scalp Injection: PRP can be injected into the scalp’s hair follicle area to stimulate follicle regeneration and improve hair loss issues.

Important Considerations

  • Sterile Technique: The entire process must be strictly sterile to prevent infection.
  • Individualized Treatment: Each patient’s condition is different, and the treatment plan should be adjusted according to specific needs.
  • Professional Operation: PRP treatment should be performed by professionally trained medical personnel to ensure safety and effectiveness.
