Siny 10ml ACD Gel PRP tubes let you prepare platelet-rich plasma quickly and reliably. Each sterile tube contains an optimized ACD-A anticoagulant blend and a biocompatible separation gel. During centrifugation, the gel forms a stable barrier, so you can collect high-purity plasma without extra steps.

Composition and Separation Principle

• Tube Material
  We use medical-grade polypropylene for strength under high-speed centrifugation, low protein binding, and crack resistance.

• ACD-A Anticoagulant
  The formula mixes sodium citrate and glucose. It stops clotting fast and preserves platelet integrity and growth-factor release.

• Separation Gel
  The gel’s density falls between red cells and plasma. When you spin the tube, it settles into a clear layer that keeps plasma and blood cells apart.

Instructions for Use

• Draw Blood: Collect 10 ml of venous blood.

• Mix Gently: Invert the tube 4–6 times to mix anticoagulant evenly.

• Centrifuge: Spin at 1 200–1 500 × g for 8–10 minutes (adjust per your centrifuge manual).

• Harvest PRP: The gel barrier appears mid-tube. Use a sterile pipette to withdraw the plasma above the gel.

• Optional Concentration: If you need higher platelet levels, spin the collected plasma again at low speed to remove excess plasma.

Packaging and Storage

• Packing: 10 tubes per box; each tube in its own sealed pouch.

• Storage: Keep between 2 °C and 25 °C, out of direct sunlight. Use within 12 months of manufacture.

• Shipping: Ship at room temperature with adequate padding. Cold chain shipping is optional but not required.
