How It Works

Step 1 – Blood Collection

Collect approximately 10ml of whole blood directly into the vacuum tube. The pre-filled sodium citrate anticoagulant immediately begins preventing clot formation while preserving platelet stability throughout the preparation process.

Step 2 – Anticoagulant Mixing

Immediately after blood collection, gently invert the tube 8–10 times to ensure the blood mixes thoroughly with the sodium citrate.

Proper mixing helps prevent micro-clot formation and maintains platelet viability before centrifugation. Avoid vigorous shaking, as excessive mechanical agitation may affect blood components.

Step 3 – Centrifugation

Place the tube into a compatible centrifuge and process it according to your validated PRP protocol.

During centrifugation, the medical-grade separation gel moves to form a stable barrier between plasma and cellular components. This separation allows the platelet-rich plasma layer to remain above the gel, making it easier to identify and collect.

Step 4 – PRP-HA Homogenization

Gently invert the tube 15–20 times, or slowly roll it between your palms, until the PRP and hyaluronic acid are completely blended into a smooth, homogeneous solution. Avoid vigorous agitation to preserve the stability of the separation layer.

Step 5 – PRP Collection and Application

Carefully aspirate the prepared PRP-HA solution from above the gel barrier.

The final preparation can then be used according to the clinician’s preferred protocol for facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, microneedling, mesotherapy, and other regenerative aesthetic procedures.
