Usage and Procedure

Preparation

• • Store tubes at room temperature (18 °C–25 °C) away from direct sunlight.

  • Verify the expiration date and inspect each tube for damage or leaks.

Blood Collection

• Attach a sterile needle and draw blood directly into the PRP tube.

• Fill the tube to the indicated volume; underfilling can disrupt separation.

Centrifugation

• • Use a compatible centrifuge set at approximately 3,000 rpm for 10 minutes (or follow the manufacturer’s guidelines).

  • After centrifugation, you will see three distinct layers: red blood cells at the bottom, separation gel in the middle, and platelet-rich plasma on top.
